Coffee Brownies
Moist and chocolaty brownies with an espresso kick.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Caffitaly ristretto coffee
- 170g butter
- 150g dark chocolate
- 150g sugar
- 80g flour
- 3 eggs

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with butter and coffee

Separate the egg yolks from the whites

Whip the egg whites until stiff

Beat the yolks with sugar until smooth and creamy

Add the flour to the yolks, then fold in the melted chocolate

Gently fold in the whipped egg whites

Pour into a greased pan and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes
Barista Tip
For fudgier brownies, bake for less time. The center should be slightly soft.
