Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons of Caffitaly Decaffeinato coffee
  • 180g butter
  • 150g flour
  • 125g sugar
  • 5g baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • Unsweetened cocoa to taste
  • 250g powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 10 tablespoons Caffitaly Nocciola (for glaze)

Instructions

    Beat the butter with vanilla and sugar

    Add the eggs one at a time, then the warm coffee

    Fold in the flour mixed with baking powder

    Divide into 12 cupcake molds

    Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes

    For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with coffee

    Decorate the cooled cupcakes with glaze
