Coffee Cupcakes
Tender cupcakes with coffee glaze and mascarpone cream.
Decaffeinato Intenso
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons of Caffitaly Decaffeinato coffee
- 180g butter
- 150g flour
- 125g sugar
- 5g baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod
- Unsweetened cocoa to taste
- 250g powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 10 tablespoons Caffitaly Nocciola (for glaze)

Beat the butter with vanilla and sugar

Add the eggs one at a time, then the warm coffee

Fold in the flour mixed with baking powder

Divide into 12 cupcake molds

Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes

For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with coffee

Decorate the cooled cupcakes with glaze
