Coffee Granita with Cream
Refreshing Sicilian coffee granita with whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 5 cups of Caffitaly coffee
- 250ml water
- 200ml heavy cream
- 70g sugar
- 30g powdered sugar

Prepare the coffee and let it cool

Pour it into a bowl with sugar and mix well

Add the water until uniform

Transfer to a wide tray and freeze

Every half hour, scrape with a fork to form crystals

Whip the cream with powdered sugar and serve over the granita
