- 3 scant cups of Caffitaly coffee
- 265g flour
- 135g sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 125g softened butter
- 10g baking powder
- 5g baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Beat the butter with sugar until creamy

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well

Fold in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Pour in the room-temperature coffee in a thin stream

Divide the mixture into 12 muffin cups

Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes
