Coffee Panna Cotta
Delicate Italian cream with subtle coffee flavor and silky texture.

Ingredients
- 3 cups of Caffitaly coffee
- 100g sugar
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- 500ml heavy cream
- 8g gelatin sheets
- Cocoa powder to taste
Instructions

Prepare the coffee and soak the gelatin in cold water

Pour the cream into a pot with sugar and vanilla seeds

Heat almost to boiling

Drain the gelatin and add it to the hot cream

Add the coffee and strain through a fine sieve

Pour into individual molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Barista Tip
To unmold easily, dip the mold in hot water for a few seconds.
