Coffee Cream Vol-au-Vent
Elegant puff pastry cups filled with coffee pastry cream.

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry roll (about 230g)
- Whole milk as needed
- 2 cups of Caffitaly coffee for the cream
Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry and cut 12 discs with a 7cm cutter

Place 4 discs on a baking sheet with parchment paper

With a smaller 3cm cutter, punch holes in the other 8 discs

Brush the "donuts" with milk and stack 2 on each base disc

Prick the base discs with a fork

Bake at 200°C until golden

Fill with coffee pastry cream before serving

Make sure the puff pastry is well chilled before baking for perfect layers.
